Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Delivery Times

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days (where available)

International:

  • We currently ship to the United States only

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $99.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. It is your responsibility to monitor your shipment and ensure someone is available to receive the package.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address change requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting apexmane.support@apexmane.com.

Re-shipping orders due to customer address errors will incur additional shipping charges.

Delivery Issues

If your package appears lost or stuck in transit for more than 14 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, contact us at apexmane.support@apexmane.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement if necessary.

Return & Refund Policy

Our 150-Day Guarantee

We stand behind ApexMane with a 150-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your results after consistent use, we will refund your purchase.

To qualify for our guarantee, you must:

  1. Have used the product consistently for a minimum of 120 days
  2. Contact our support team FIRST at apexmane.support@apexmane.com before initiating any return
  3. Provide your order number and date of purchase
  4. Briefly describe your experience with the product

The guarantee does NOT apply if:

  • You request a refund before 120 days of use
  • You file a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first
  • You purchased from an unauthorized reseller
  • The product was not stored properly or was tampered with

How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Email apexmane.support@apexmane.com with the subject line "Refund Request - Order #[your order number]"

Step 2: Include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request

Step 3: Wait for a response from our team within 2-3 business days. We will provide return instructions if applicable.

Do not ship products back without authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed and will not be returned to sender.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at apexmane.support@apexmane.com. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will send a replacement at no additional cost once the damage is verified. Do not discard the damaged product or packaging until instructed.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase and before the order has shipped. To request a cancellation, email apexmane.support@apexmane.com immediately with your order number.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You must wait to receive the product and then follow the return process if needed.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

At ApexMane, our subscription program is designed to deliver consistent results to customers who are committed to the protocol and to reward that commitment with preferred pricing. Because subscription pricing reflects a discount granted in exchange for an ongoing commitment, the following terms govern all recurring orders placed through the ApexMane subscription program. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling, as placing a subscription order constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.

Billing Frequency

All ApexMane subscriptions are billed on a fixed 30-day recurring cycle beginning on the date of your original order. Your next billing date is displayed inside your customer portal at all times and is also referenced in the order confirmation email sent at the time of each renewal. Subscriptions cannot be modified to a longer or shorter billing interval, as the 30-day cycle is calibrated to match the consumption rate of a single bottle of ApexMane and to ensure uninterrupted use of the protocol, which is essential to achieving and maintaining results.

Minimum Commitment Period

By enrolling in the ApexMane subscription program, you agree to a minimum commitment of three consecutive billing cycles, equivalent to 90 days of continuous use. This minimum commitment exists for two reasons. First, the clinical mechanisms behind the RCP Complex require a minimum of 90 days of consistent application before measurable changes in scalp condition, shedding rate, and follicle activity can be observed. Cancelling before this period defeats the purpose of the protocol and produces no meaningful result for the customer. Second, the discounted subscription pricing is offered in exchange for this commitment, and cancellation prior to the completion of three billing cycles would unfairly extract the discount without honoring the terms under which it was granted. Cancellation requests submitted before the third billing cycle has been completed will not be honored, and the subscription will remain active until the minimum commitment period has been fulfilled.

Self-Service Cancellation After Minimum Commitment

Once your minimum commitment of three billing cycles has been completed, you may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your customer portal at https://shopify.com/101039374417/account/pages/7c4a25d5-0da8-4259-bf5f-40ed6112e4d6. To access the portal, log in using the email address associated with your original order. Once inside, you will be able to view your subscription status, modify your shipping address, update your payment method, and cancel your subscription. Cancellation is processed upon confirmation within the portal, and you will receive an automated email confirming that no further charges will be made to your payment method beyond any orders already in fulfillment.

Cancellation Timing and Renewal Lock

To ensure that a cancellation prevents your next scheduled charge, the cancellation must be completed no less than 72 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations submitted within the 72-hour window preceding a scheduled renewal will not stop that renewal from processing, as orders entering our fulfillment queue during this window are locked for shipment preparation, transmitted to our fulfillment partner, and cannot be reversed, refunded, or intercepted under any circumstance. In such cases, the order in question will still ship as scheduled, you will receive tracking information for that shipment, and the cancellation will take effect after that final order has been billed and dispatched. We strongly recommend reviewing your billing schedule inside the portal at least one week prior to your next renewal if you intend to cancel.

Refund Eligibility on Subscription Orders

Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically issue a refund for any prior charges, including the most recent renewal. Subscription orders are eligible for refund only under the terms of our 150-day money-back guarantee, which requires that you have used the product consistently as directed for the full 150-day period and can demonstrate that the protocol did not produce results. Refund requests on subscription orders must be accompanied by the original order number, the email address used to place the order, and confirmation that the subscription has been active for the full guarantee period. Partial refunds, prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle, and refunds for shipments that have already been delivered and accepted are not available. Once a renewal order has shipped, that order is final.

Discount Forfeiture

Customers who cancel their subscription and subsequently re-enroll forfeit any original promotional pricing, introductory discounts, or grandfathered subscription rates. Re-enrollment will be processed at the current standard subscription rate in effect at the time of re-enrollment, and any prior discount tier will not be honored. This policy exists to protect the integrity of our subscription program and to prevent repeated cycling between cancellation and re-enrollment for the purpose of capturing introductory pricing.

Account Access and Support Assistance

If you are unable to access your customer portal due to a lost password or a change in email address, our support team can assist you with account recovery. Email apexmane.support@apexmane.com from any email address with your full name, the email used to place the original order, your most recent order number, and a brief description of your request. Our team will verify your identity through standard account verification procedures before processing any account changes. Cancellation requests submitted by email are subject to the same minimum commitment period and 72-hour renewal lock outlined above and cannot be used to bypass these terms.

Chargebacks and Disputed Charges

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute on a subscription renewal that was processed in accordance with this policy will be treated as a violation of the subscription agreement. ApexMane reserves the right to contest all such disputes with full documentation of this policy, the customer's acceptance of these terms at the time of enrollment, and the order history demonstrating valid authorization. Customers who initiate chargebacks in lieu of following the cancellation process outlined above may be permanently banned from future purchases and added to a shared merchant fraud database.

Policy Modifications

ApexMane reserves the right to update this subscription cancellation policy at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least 14 days prior to the effective date of the change. The most current version of this policy will always be available on our website, and the effective date of the most recent revision will be noted at the top of the page.

By placing a subscription order with ApexMane, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy in full, including the 90-day minimum commitment, the 72-hour renewal lock, and the refund eligibility terms.

We are committed to resolving any issue quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is considered fraud if we have not been given the opportunity to resolve your concern.

If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with documentation of your purchase, delivery confirmation, and this policy which you agreed to at checkout.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Your account being flagged and banned from future purchases
  • Collection efforts to recover lost funds
